Adele is the name of the new brut nature sparkling wine by Ca’ delle Rose. The origin of this name, together with its sweet sound, reveals the elegance and refinement of this wine. The special and selected cuvée of Pinot and Chardonnay grapes best expresses the territory and the art of winemaking of this wine. The second fermentation with the Charmat method is 6 months long: time of waiting, refinement and maturation. Only one vintage. Only one Limited Edition production.

Charmat Lungo.

Second fermentation for 6 months. Long contact with the yeasts. The wine develops refined organoleptic notes, improves balance of aromas and the structure, gives an extremely fine perlage.

Brut Nature.

For the Adele brut nature sparkling wine, only the sugars of the grapes are the protagonists of the second fermentation. Definitely dry residue. Elegant, complex wine of extreme finesse.

Limited Edition.

Only 6,300 bottles produced, numbered on the back label.
