Zignolo d’Autunno, Novello Wine 2018

The fresh fruit of the harvest 2018 has arrived: Zignolo d’Autunno, the Novello wine signed by Domus Vini. Grapes Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon Alcohol strength 12% vol       Tasting notes Purple-red colour with vivid reflections. It emanates a bouquet of small red fruits and his youth makes it fresh and fruity in the mouth. The body is round and ends softly, showing out the cherry, the blackberry and the raspberry. Food pairings It is a perfect wine for the whole meal, but it better brings out the autumn dishes like the chestnuts gnocchi and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Great also for cooking, it accompanies slow-cooked and roasted meat. It gladdens also at the end of the meal, paired with seasonal desserts like the chestnuts and chocolate cake or the pumpkin and cinnamon pudding.
